One of my family members had a birthday this past week and I decided to do a twist on a chocolate cake mix from the store.
I made two different types of icing one being a mint green cream cheese icing and the other a dark chocolate mousse. The result is as shown- the taste however was to die for. This will be one of those cakes I will frequent. Who doesn’t love mint and chocolate?
